Open Source Data Packages & Python SDK

All connectome matrices, computational neuron coordinates, and biophysical ODE implementations are completely open source. Download the packaged binary NumPy archive (.npz) or interact with the Python SDK and REST/WebSocket endpoints.

Python SDK Quickstart

Load the binary brain memory into NumPy or PyTorch and run closed-loop trials:

# Install or clone repository git clone https://github.com/0xalydev/danio.git cd danio # Load binary package in Python import numpy as np brain = np.load("danio_brain_v2.npz", allow_pickle=True) coords = brain["coordinates"] # Shape: (650000, 3) regions = brain["region_indices"] # 203 empirical anatomical nuclei weights = brain["synaptic_weights"] # Sparse conductance tensor print(f"Loaded {len(coords):,} neurons across {len(np.unique(regions))} regions.")
